The staff are generally helpful but a little bit pretentious. The BART station across the street was nice and convenient as was the Safeway supermarket right up the block. There are several outdoor patios to enjoy the nice weather. The personnel couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. All of your saved places can be found here in My Trips. We also liked being able to access the guest computer and at times utilised one or another of the several lounge rooms and common use kitchenette facilities provided.
